• Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday. 
• Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £55
• Orders are dispatched via Evri service, you will receive an email update once your order has been shipped
• Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

Standard International Delivery

• Standard Delivery to destinations outside the UK will be automatically calculated at checkout. Giving you the best option for your country. In most cases you will be given the option to pay for the taxes and duties your country requires at the checkout. 
• You can choose your preferred courier at checkout.
  
• Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday.
• You may be liable for duty charges to receive imported deliveries from overseas. Vintage Folk does not accept liability for these charges. Please check with your local authority before placing any order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we're here to help! You can return your item if you're located in the UK or Europe through our Returns Portal and as long as it meets the following criteria:

• ✅ In original condition with all tags attached.
• ✅ Unworn, unused, and free from any odors.
• ✅ Saleable condition—ready for a new home!

Geographic Restrictions

We currently accept returns from customers in the United Kingdom and European countries only. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns from other international locations due to shipping costs and logistics. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Large Return Handling Fee

To help cover the additional processing costs for returns with multiple items, we apply a small handling fee for returns containing 4 or more items:

• 4 items: £5 handling fee
• 5 items: £6 handling fee
• 6 items: £7 handling fee
• 7 items: £8 handling fee
• 8+ items: £10 handling fee

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The handling fee helps us cover the extra time and resources needed to process, inspect, and restock larger returns whilst keeping our return service free for smaller returns.

What We Offer:

• 💰 Refund to your original payment method.

How to Return:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Once you receive your return label, please ship the item(s) back within 7 days.
• You can instantly purchase a pre-paid return labels directly through our returns portal for hassle-free returns.

Processing & Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
• Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Responsibility:

• 📦 Ensure the parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage.
• 🧾 Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.
• 🚚 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please Note:

• We cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping, or for items returned after the return period has passed.
• If the item you received is damaged or not as described, please use our returns portal and include a photo of the damage. We'll review the issue and assist you in resolving it.

UK & European Returns Only:

• We accept returns from the UK and European countries only. The policy and process outlined above apply.
• Please note: Returns from outside the UK and Europe cannot be processed.

Discounts & Non-Refundable Items:

• If returning an item reduces your order value below a discount threshold, the discount will no longer apply. Refunds will reflect the original price of the items you keep.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
