Please note Express Delivery is not available for orders placed on Thu, Fri and Sat.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday, we aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day. Any orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail service you will receive an email update from Royal Mail once your order has been shipped

  • Please note Express Delivery is not available for orders placed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

  • Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.

  • When collecting your order, please ensure you bring ID and a copy of your order number

 

 

Standard International Delivery

  • Standard Delivery to destinations outside the UK will be automatically calculated at checkout. Giving you the best option for your country. In most cases you will be given the option to pay for the taxes and duties your country requires at the checkout. 
  • You can choose your prefered courier at checkout.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday, we aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

  • You may be liable for duty charges to receive imported deliveries from overseas. Vintage Folk does not accept liability for these charges. Please check with your local authority before placing any order.
