Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Vintage Folk purchase, but if it's not quite right, you can return it for a refund.
We currently accept returns from the UK and EU only.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under our returns policy, items must be:
- In their original condition, with tags attached.
- Unworn and unused.
- Free from odours, marks or damage.
- In saleable condition, ready for a new home.
How to Return
UK Returns
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Once your return request has been approved, we'll send you an Evri return QR code within 48 hours.
- Please send your return back within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.
- A £4 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Keep your proof of postage until we've confirmed that your return has been received.
EU Returns
EU customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Please contact hello@vintage-folk.com for return instructions before sending your parcel.
- Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
- Keep your tracking information and proof of postage until we've confirmed receipt.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
We aim to process refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return postage costs are your responsibility.
Large Returns
To help cover the additional processing time involved in handling larger returns, we apply a handling fee to returns containing 4 or more items:

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
When submitting a return through our returns portal, include a description of the issue. You can also email hello@vintage-folk.com with photos and details of the problem to discuss with a team member. We'll review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Return postage will not be charged for items that are found to be faulty or damaged.
Discounts & Promotional Offers
If returning an item means your order no longer qualifies for a discount or promotional offer, the discount may be recalculated.
Your refund will reflect the applicable price of the items you keep after any discount has been recalculated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Important Information
- Our voluntary returns policy applies to UK and EU customers only.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Once your return has been approved, UK customers must send their return within 7 days.
- All sales to customers outside the UK and EU are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
- We cannot accept voluntary returns from countries outside the UK and EU.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods, or statutory cancellation rights where applicable.
