Standard UK Delivery

• Standard UK delivery is £4.00 and free if you spend over £55

• Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and we aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day.

• Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail service Tracked 48 you will receive an email update from Royal Mail once your order has been shipped.

Express UK Delivery

• Express UK delivery is £6.50.
• Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and we aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day.
• Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail service Tracked 24 you will receive an email update from Royal Mail once your order has been shipped.

Standard International Delivery

• Standard delivery to Europe is £15.00.

• Standard delivery to Rest of World is £25.00.

• International Delivery costs are for parcels up to 2kg only - if your order is over 2kg please contact hello@vintage-folk.com for a shipping price.

• You may be liable for duty charges to receive imported deliveries from overseas. Vintage Folk does not accept liability for these charges. Please check with your local authority before placing any order.

• When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number so you can trace your order whilst it is in transit.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You can return your item as long as it meets the following criteria:

• ✅ In original condition with all tags attached.
• ✅ Unworn, unused, and free from any odors.
• ✅ Saleable condition—ready for a new home!

Large Return Handling Fee

To help cover the additional processing costs for returns with multiple items, we apply a small handling fee for returns containing 4 or more items:

• 4 items: £5 handling fee
• 5 items: £6 handling fee
• 6 items: £7 handling fee
• 7 items: £8 handling fee
• 8+ items: £10 handling fee

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The handling fee helps us cover the extra time and resources needed to process, inspect, and restock larger returns whilst keeping our return service free for smaller returns.

What We Offer:

You can choose from:

• 🔄 Exchange for a different item (since all our pieces are one of a kind, exchanges for a different size are not available).
• 💳 Store Credit, perfect for finding something else you love.
• 💰 Refund to your original payment method.

How to Return:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Once you receive your return label, please ship the item(s) back within 7 days.
• You can instantly purchase a pre-paid return labels directly through our returns portal for hassle-free returns.

Processing & Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
• Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Responsibility:

• 📦 Ensure the parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage.
• 🧾 Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.
• 🚚 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please Note:

• We cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping, or for items returned after the return period has passed.
• If the item you received is damaged or not as described, please use our returns portal and include a photo of the damage. We’ll review the issue and assist you in resolving it.

International Returns:

• We accept international returns! The policy and process are the same—just purchase a pre-paid return label through our returns portal and follow the steps above.

Discounts & Non-Refundable Items:

• If returning an item reduces your order value below a discount threshold, the discount will no longer apply. Refunds will reflect the original price of the items you keep.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
