Changed your mind? That’s cool… As long as the item is still in the original condition we will accept your return subject to the below conditions; These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

For our UK customers:

Returns are FREE in the UK – Yay

Use Royal Mail portal to log your return.

You have 14 days from when the product was delivered to you to return the product to us.

We aim to process returns within 7 days and refunds will be by the way of original payment.

Until your return reaches our warehouse it is your responsibility so please ensure it is packaged correctly to avoid postal damage and please retain proof of postage.

We cannot process refunds for lost or damaged goods.

We don’t accept returns after the outlined returns period.

For our International Customers: 

You have 21 days from when the product was delivered to you to return the product to us. 

We don’t yet offer a free returns option for our international customers so you will be responsible for the cost of sending the return back to us.
